You feel your wings getting big, they don't fit through the narrow corridors of your home anymore. You feel them growing heavy, it aches because you can't use them, it aches when you drag them along the ground as they hit the walls. They cause more problems, they create bigger mess. You're growing too tired and too old for this nest. But your feet, your feet are still small. If you were to fly, who is to say that you would land well? Would your feet be able to walk around those foreign nests, the ones your wings carried you to? Who is to say, who is to say. You don't know much about the winds and where they might take you. You only look to the sky and wonder. But the only thing you're sure of is this. Your wings are getting too big, they are growing too heavy, if you don't fly away now to find a bigger nest, you might never get to leave. One day the bones of your wings will be mighty heavy but your muscles will not carry you. One day you will look back and wish you flew away today. So that's what you'll do. With your tiny feet you'll land wherever your wings take you. And then you learn to walk again.
